RETURNS AND EXCHANGES POLICY
At 99, we take care of every detail of our pieces. Therefore, the following conditions apply:
1. Deadline for requesting changes
Change requests must be made within the first 48 hours after receiving the order.
2. Products with exchange
• Only the clothing section is eligible for exchanges.
• Exchanges are only made for items from the same designer.
3. Garment Conditions
For an exchange to be accepted, the garment must:
• To be unused
• No stains,
• Not to have any smell of perfume, makeup or other aromas,
• Keep original labels and conditions.
No exchanges will be accepted on used or altered garments.
4. Sizes not available
If the size you need is not available, you can contact us to check if it can be requested from the designer.
This process does not guarantee availability, may take longer and is subject to the designer's stock.
5. Products with no exchanges or returns
No exchanges or returns are accepted on:
• Accessories
• Artwork / object
• Toiletries
• Edibles

Damaged or incomplete shipments
If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please notify us immediately.
You will need to send us photographs of the packaging and the products as they were received in order to begin the review and resolution process.
